To be eligible for this course, students require either: 

  • A KCSE Minimum Grade of C + (Plus) or the equivalent 
  • A Certificate in Food & Beverage Production, Sales and Service or Institutional Management with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above or the equivalent
