To be eligible for this course, students require either: 

  • A KCSE Minimum Grade of C (Plain) or the equivalent 
  • A Certificate in Food & Beverage Production, Sales and Service or Institutional Management with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above or the equivalent

Detailed course information

This diploma course is taken on-campus at the Kenya Methodist University. It is structured to take five semesters (sixteen weeks each) or two academic years including a practicum/industrial attachment. The period can be shortened to one and a half calendar years.
