The Diploma in Social Work & Community Development programme is designed to include the understanding of origin and development of social work, basic community development concepts and social work and community development research. The programme provides students with the ability to look into concepts such as the different perspectives of social work, human rights and development trajectories. Students also gain an understanding of what a career in social work and community development entails.
