    Course Overview

This five-day course has been designed to prompt an exploration of common behaviours and attitudes towards gender differences and will present facts and figures about the situation of women and men in our society today. Taken at the Versed Training Facility in Nairobi, this workshop will enhance the management skills of professionals responsible for gender-responsive planning in key institutions so that they can more effectively play their part in implementing sensitive development policies as well as mainstreaming gender in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG'S.)

Gender equality and the empowerment of women are absolutely essential to sustainable development and the reduction of poverty, which is why many institutions are seeking out professionals who have had adequate training in the area and can effectively contribute to reaching their SDG goals. If you're looking to challenge the negative attitudes against women and develop your knowledge of this human rights issue so that you're able to contribute effectively to individual lives, as well as your community as a whole, then this course will provide you with the tools you need to start making significant contributions to  your society.
