This is a 3 year course aimed at giving an overview of the international hotel and catering concept. Hotel and catering Management students get to understand how the industry impacts on the economy and it's relationship with other sectors in the service industry and specifically the Tourism industry.
Being a management course, candidates are taken through various programs aimed at equipping them with both practical and theoretical management skills.
Besides good customer service skills and staff relations, students are also introduced to the business sense of hospitality outlets like cost control, planning, organization and maximizing of profits. What are the admission criteria?
Get a C- or equivalent in final high school results. Certification obtained
