The two year Swiss program in Culinary Arts is ideal for students interested in pursuing the chefs’
profession while envisaging to discover and familiarize with the fundamentals of Food and Beverage management and progress, if desired, to a Bachelor in Culinary Arts level. Specifically, the program will include a thorough orientation of culinary environments for ideal space planning, the fittings and equipment, the F&B cycle, F&B concepts for different customers segments, implying a variety of menus and specialties, best practical aspects of culinary applications and management functions.

What are the admission criteria?A minimum grade of a D+ for Certificate courses or 3 passes in IGCSE examinations or relevant work experience/higher education. All our students are required to go through a routine interview.
How To ApplyAll our students go through a routine interview regardless of their high school grades. We then issue them with application forms, which they must fill and return to BIHC as soon as
possible. Admission is strictly on first come, first serve basis.
