Vocational Training in Waxing

Thika College Of Banking And Accountancy’s Waxing Programme is an on-campus, one month, vocational training course. The course focuses on providing students with a broad base knowledge of the techniques and skills required in being a successful waxing specialist. 

The Waxing Programme is designed to include the understanding of different types of skin treatments, waxing methods and techniques, as well as hair growth and types. The programme provides students with an in-depth understanding of hair removal methods, health and safety regulations, and grooming practices. Students also gain an understanding of what a career as a waxing specialist entails. 

After successful completion of the course, the learners will be able to take up roles in the Beauty Sector. Graduates of the Waxing Programme go on to become Beauticians, Beauty Therapists, Wax Specialists, and Waxing Consultants. The course equips students with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
