Admission Criteria

English is the language of instruction in all programmes of Riara University. Students who studied in a system where English is not the language of instruction must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or other relevant and commensurate test.Minimum Entry Requirements:-Have scored a mean grade of B- and above in KCSE or its equivalent with a B plain in English; or KACE with a minimum of two principal passes and one subsidiary pass; or be holders of a degree from a recognized university; and-Be an all rounded person with exceptional leadership skills and qualities; and-Participate in an oral interview to establish their suitability for the Riara Law School programme.

How do I apply?

Applications for admission to Riara University should be made using official application forms, which may be collected from the office of the Academic Registrar or downloaded from /download.

All duly filled application forms should be returned with copies of relevant certificates and a personal statement attached. This should be accompanied by a non-refundable application processing fee of Kshs 2,000/=

All applicants for admission to Riara University will be assessed against the set entry criteria for each programme. Riara University application assessment methods will vary between courses, but may include: KCSE results, IGCSE/GCE/IB results.
