Students will learn about the operations cycle, from purchasing raw material and preparing food and beverages to storing and service delivery. The program includes several supporting subjects which will introduce students to fundamental management functions and interdepartmental relationships that are essential for successful day-to-day running of a restaurant business.
The program also provides students with an opportunity to gain practical knowledge within the Boma Hotels through direct experiences with guests and real-life application of standard operating procedures.
