Course Overview

This six month Certificate in International Languages offers foreign language training at the elementary, intermediate, and advanced level. It's aimed at students seeking employment abroad, especially those in the tourism and hospitality sector, or professionals working for foreign-based NGOs.  Students on this course will develop cognitive and creative thinking skills and acquire a more poignant understanding of a culture other than their own.

In an increasingly connected world, learning another language is more important than ever, offering cognitive, social and professional benefits. In fact, due to a growing global economy, foreign language skills are not only an incredible asset in obtaining a job, but may even be deemed a necessity.  At the Air Travel and Related Studies Centre, we offer courses in a number of languages including English, French, Italian, German, Japanese, Arabic and Chinese-Mandarin to enhance your global awareness and intercultural skills, setting you up for career advancement.
