Admission Criteria
To apply for this course students must have:
- KCSE Mean Grade of B-
- Six Bs at IGCSE including in Mathematics and English, and 2 Principle Passes and 1 Subsidiary Pass at A Levels
- Six Bs at O-Level including Mathematics and English and IB 28 points with 5 points in Mathematics and English.
- A distinction in the Strathmore Entrance Exam
- Proven leadership skills in school & community and outstanding performance in extra-curricular activities are an added advantage
How do I apply?
In order to apply for this course, students must:
- Fill out the registration form
- All candidates meeting the entry requirements must sit the University Entrance Examination in English, Mathematics, and an oral interview
- Interviews are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 am
- Candidates are required to bring:
- Original and photocopies of all relevant academic certificates
- Birth Certificate/ID/Passport
- 2 Passport Sized Photographs
- KSH 1,800 Entrance Exam Fee

Financing Options
- Strathmore students get loads for Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
- The university also has an arrangement to provide 4 year tuition loans with KIVA. The repayment period for KIVA is five years which commences one year after graduation.
